Received my Tea Cup…

& guess what? my tea cup trade partner, Terri over at Artful Affirmations sent me a beautiful tea cup with three feet to add to my collection!  Along with some yummy chocolates!  015

This tea cup couldn’t be any more perfect!  It means so much to me that she searched for a three footed tea cup and was able to find one!  These little treasures are really hard to come by, and I know she must have been so excited to come across one.

I am amazed at how much gold is still in the trim, as most of my tea cups the gold has rubbed off of so many!  037022

Just look at the beautiful details of the plate and cup! Not to mention how pretty the floral print is…!

And now she rests comfortably up on a pedestal with her adorning new roommates! I promise Terri, to cherish her always!

Thanks for visiting & check out to see where I am linking up to this week~ xoxo, Tracie

Tracie, your little teacup is a pretty thing!!! Love the floral pattern and the lovely pink.
I also have to tell you how much I love the beautiful touches in your den. THose frames are soooo cool.

The flowering tree in the first two photos is a Snowdrift crabapple. I love this tree. I don't know what part of Wash. you live in, but this tree doesn't do as well in humid, wet climates. It needs dry and arid conditions because it's prone to fireblight.
But their are many other white flowering crabs with the same flower.
I hope this helps.
Thank you so much for your sweet message.
June

*Sigh* it really is gorgeous Traci! I was so tempted to keep it!!!
But I knew it was just what you had hoped for. I had looked and looked for one online and in shops, but in the end it was dear Martha at Martha's Favorites who sold me this cup! I should have started with her because she knows all and sees all! (LOL!) when it comes to just about anything collectible. So it was Martha to the rescue!
Yesterday I had someone over for tea, and they were looking at some tea cups I was displaying in my kitchen, she immediately picked up the cup you gave me and said "Oh I love this one the best!" And I told her about you. Thank you so much!
Hugs,
Terri
Terri is so sweet to do that for you! Your new tea cup is precious!!!

Hello. I have two tea cups of this exact style (but different patterns.) Mine have no markings, but I would love to get more. Any ideas as to what brand they are or where they come from. My dad said they are probably chineses and my mom agreed. They are the big china people... But I wanted a few more. Any ideas?
