The Back Porch…

While in Harrison Hot Springs earlier last week I shared with you my post about visiting Minter Gardens…but I want to also share with you this darling little home we found along our route.  A place called “The Back Porch”.

066Isn’t this house charming?  The Back Porch is owned by a very sweet family…its my understanding that the lady of the house makes all the pottery that is sold in the Pottery Studio.069 The man of the house makes all of the coffee that is produced in an antique coffee 1919 authentic Flame Roaster ~ it’s delicious!067068

Many outbuildings are on the property and I enjoyed visiting each and every one of them ~ here is where the antiques resided – lots to look at, but I didn’t bring anything home with me.

Here is the out house (please notice the chandelier inside) and a storage shed…

Check out this darling Chicken Coop…sigh, SOMEDAY mine will be as cute as this one!

The Farm animals came rushing to us when we came to visit!  There is a gumball dispenser that is avail to purchase goodies for the chickens and the goats ~ just too cute!

The property was so lovely with the green grass and the rolling stream!

But my favorite building on this piece of land was the greenhouse ~ I would so love to own something like this to putter in…another “SOMEDAY”!
