Vintage empty frames…
Since starting my daughters room, my vision has continued as I had originally wanted it to be… I love the mix of old and new, and creating a wall filled with gold frames has turned out just gorgeous! The shades of gold are all a little different, but combined ~ they display a wall full of absolute character. I’ve found a few through friends, a couple at M&M Antiques, and Whimsical Whites. Some of these older frames had the plaster literally falling off of them until they were hung on the wall ~
I've come across floral ephemera that might work in the room, I’ve only pasted a couple of them within the frames! I think the blooms add a bit of our outside garden into her room.
…even another photo of her bunny made it into the collage! I think it’s important that she has special décor that is just for her!

This is the only one that I brought home that had a photo in it…I couldn’t bring myself to remove the photo ~ so I hung it on the wall as is ~
Still looking for more reasonably priced and ornate frames for her room…one of the best parts of projects like this is the hunt! To see where else I am linking to this week – please check my “Cottage Links” label…xoxo, tracie

This framed wall for your daughter is just so great! Love them up against her rich lavender walls.
The gold aged chipped and cracked frames with there old wire adds truly every bit the romantic interest to her wall, I bet she adores it. What a get busy creating Mom you are :)
