Valentines Day Decor….

Valentines Day is just around the corner ~

I love this time of year ~ just before spring when there is so much to look forward to ~ but still cold enough to stay inside and be cozy! I found this canvas oil rose painting on a recent venture out along with these cute little collection of red books! The colors are perfect together and certainly helped make up the mantle just perfectly this week for Valentines Day!

On the new hutch that I unveiled last week, Click here if you missed that!  I only put just a few touches of Valentines Day around the kitchen…

That sweet painting is beautiful and the faded colors lend added beauty.
What a wonderful way to describe February! I'll have to keep that in mind every year when I'm itching for winter to be OVER! Oh, and of course, everything looks fabulous!

Lovely vignettes. Love the faded colors of the painting.
I did a post before today's post showing what I have around for St. Valentine's Day decor should you like to see it.

I love what you've done - it's festive but not over-done, really awesome.
This is all so sweet and pretty! I don't decorate much for any of the holidays except Christmas. I do have a few little knitted hearts hanging from the key on the buffet, but that's about it. My family would just groan if I decorated a whole room ;) Wendy x
Such sweet decorations! I love the vintage look - so romantic! Happy Valentine's Day! Hugs, Leena

Tracie, everything is very sweet! I love the rose painting. I always pick up red books, (of course) whenever I run across them for a good price. I want to make a little door knob holder. I always have a lot more Valentines décor than I remember. I shouldn't make new each year, but how can one not? lol!
