White Meiland

White Meiland groundcover rose is planted around the base of the water fountain as you walk into the Secret Garden from the backyard space.  This rose has the most beautiful dark green foliage with abundant clusters of very full double white blooms which after planting just two, its showing to be a new favorite of mine. So much so, that I also planted it in the galvanized containers in front of the Chicken Church, two under the master bedroom window and one in the front yard on the west side bed. I hope it will find its way to be prolific in the landscape and be used in floral arrangements. This rose has no fragrance but its low maintenance features (no black spot or mildew) make up for it. Research shows it grows up to 2 feet tall and 6 feet wide. Prefers full sunshine.  Garden Zone 4-9
